May saw 31 home close escrow in Mountain View.  Only one short sale closed in all of Mountain View last month, and no bank owned homes.  Perhaps the most notable sale was the closing of the small abandoned development off of Mountain View Ave..  They have already started work on the homes and will likely be available by this fall.
