			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p></p><p>It should come as no surprise that the Los Altos low end homes are  always in more demand than high end properties.  This graph is a 5 year composite of the two different markets that exist in the 94024 and the 94022 zip codes for single family residences or in this case estate homes or luxury propertie.</p>
<p>The higher the value the higher the demand.  Currently demand is low, in the 20&#8242;s.  Anything over 30 is considered a sellers market.  Both markets have improved since the first half of the year, with the high end consistently trailing the lower end.</p>
