Things are looking a little bit brighter for Los Altos this past March. 36 sales in Los Altos and Los Altos Hills.  96% of the price was acheived at final sale.  Average days on market was 79, Los Altos and Los Altos Hills still affected by higher than normal inventory, but newer and updated properties are selling well and selling quicker.
