Mountain View Home Sales for March 2010

21 single family home sales in Mountain View last month in March up quite a bit from February which only reported 6. Not too bad for Mountain View. The home prices are firm as on averate 101% of list price was acheived at final sale. Also a majority of the listings sold under 10 days of being listed and average days on market was just 22. The Mountain View market continues to do well.
